2. Ordering & Payment

Custom Orders

• For orders under $5,000: full payment is due at the time of purchase.

• For orders over $5,000: a 50% deposit is required to begin production; the remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to pickup or delivery.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry

• Full payment is due at checkout. These items are eligible for installment plans.

Installment Plans

We accept Shop Pay Installments, powered by Affirm, allowing eligible customers to split payments over time.

• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover

• Shop Pay Installments

• ACH Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
  (Note: Orders will only be released once payment is fully received.)

• We do not accept personal checks.

3. Shipping Policy

We offer free insured shipping across the United States. All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Processing Times

Please allow additional time for custom or made-to-order pieces.

4. Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your jewelry. We accept returns on ready-made jewelry within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Returned with original packaging and documentation

• Not resized

Non-Returnable Items

• Resized ready-made jewelry

• Custom, made-to-order, or personalized pieces
  All return shipping is the responsibility of the client. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping methods.

5. Custom Orders & Final Sale Items

All custom orders are final sale. This includes any jewelry that has been made-to-order, engraved, or customized in any way. Resized items are also considered final sale and non-returnable.

6. Warranty Policy

Lifetime Luxury, Guaranteed

All purchases over $1,000 are eligible for our Lifetime Warranty.

Includes:

• Annual complimentary cleaning, polishing, and inspection

• Minor repairs and replacement of small stones (2mm or under) on engagement rings or wedding bands

Warranty Terms:

• Covers jewelry made of precious metals (Gold, Platinum, Palladium) and genuine gemstones

• Excludes non-precious metals (e.g., Tungsten, Titanium) or non-precious stones

• Requires annual maintenance to keep warranty active

7. Gift Card Policy

• Gift cards are in-store only, non-refundable, and may be used toward custom or ready-made pieces

• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced

• To redeem, present the physical card at your appointment or return it in person before finalizing your purchase

8. Privacy & Data Use

We value your privacy.

• We do not share or sell client data to third parties.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments).

• You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the “Unsubscribe” link or by emailing us at chicago@diamondsoiree.com.
